Organizations offer Starling Minds to their members free of charge. To find out whether you have access to Starling, connect with your organization.
Why can’t I select my organization on the registration page?
You are likely on an outdated page. Each organization has its own unique registration page where you are not asked to fill in your organization. To find out what the URL is, connect with your organization or with us at members@starlingminds.com. Let us know the organization that you are registering for and we will direct you to your registration page.
How do I edit my information or what if I forgot my password?
Once you’ve logged in to your account, click on your Starling member number on the top menu bar and select “Account”. Make any changes then click the “Save Changes” button on the bottom of the page. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot My Password” link on the log-in page.

Why am I seeing a registration failure error?
You may already be registered under the same email address or a different one. To resolve this error, reset your password if you know the email address. If you do not know which email address you’ve used, please connect with us at members@starlingminds.com.
Do I have to complete all sessions in the program?
No, feel free to move at your own pace and complete exercises as you please. Not all tools or strategies might resonate with you, and that’s okay! If you find that a session isn’t working for you, feel free to skip ahead.
How do I connect with others in the Community?
We have a community forum at the bottom of each session. Here, you can post your own comments, or respond to others. There is absolutely no pressure to leave a comment if you wish to just read the comments and take any learnings that way. You can start a discussion by clicking “reply” on a comment. If you see that a comment has multiple responses, you can click the grey “+” symbol to expand the discussion.
Are there other resources I can access once I’ve completed the program?
