Vancouver, BC, June 1st, 2021 — Starling Minds, a leading digital mental health platform, announced today that Tara McCarville, Principal Consultant at Brighton Group and a national healthcare leader in Canada, has been elected to Starling’s board of directors.
McCarville brings over 20 years of leadership experience within healthcare, management consulting and telecom, as well as a long track record as a champion for sustainable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare solutions.
A seasoned health operations executive, McCarville has led national practices at PwC Canada, Trillium Health Partners, and TELUS Health with a focus on improving quality and outcomes for government, hospital, healthtech/medtech, homecare/long term care, and private equity clients. In her role at Brighton Group, McCarville works with health industry clients in both the public and private sectors with growth strategies and operational improvement.

McCarville holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from Queen’s University. She has served on several volunteer-based, non-profit and community boards and committees, including the Digital Technology Supercluster, OntarioMD and ALAViDA. Tara is also a Board member of WELL Health Technologies Inc. (TSX: WELL).
